Workout of the Day 
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

10-ab mat sit ups
6-hanging power snatches 35 lbs 

 Rx'd this workout
rowed 500m after words with a time of 143.6 seconds
after doing the mma class i did kbs for 2 minutes 
completed 64 kettle bell swings.

I was very happy with the workout today 
I amazingly got 2 ring dips that didn't suck : P 
I got the motion down for muscle-ups so i am almost there
hopefully soon i will be getting the full thing like Brent 
3rd time ever trying and the guy got 7 reps great job Brent.

but lets focus on the present it is officially 
4 days till the first ever CrossFit Langley Challenge
