Sunday and Monday

Over head squats were with 75 lbs

21 ohs
42 pullup
15 ohs
30 pullups
9 ohs
18 pullups

The pullups felt great ohs weren't very fun but they got better as i did more of them.

Monday

AMRAP in 20 
5 body builders (burpee while doing an ice climber type thing)
10 thrusters 2x 25 lbs 
15 weighted situps

This was a brutal workout i finished 17 rounds plus my body builders. I pretty much went balls to the wall the entire time. It really bugs me when people dont work hard and use 5 lbs weights and then right down that they did a million rounds especially when they dont. There was a girl in my class that claimed to do 16 rounds which for her was impossible because she stopped way before 20 minutes but i just have to keep thinking she is only hurting herself but i must admit it was extremely irritating :P Thats HURRR for the day :)
