I was so f'in pumped today i was ready to rip this workout apart :).
The box jumps were definitely the most difficult aspect of this workout for me at least.
The rowing felt nice.. tough but nice
K2e ripped the crap out of my hands but i was so focused on the wod that it didn't even bother me feels good to train consistently again!
