3 days till' san diego, 5 days till' certification!!!!

Good to be back after eating like crap all day yesterday i felt pretty crappy going into the box this morn. 


Wod 

7 sets

5- deadlift, power snatch, ohs, back push press 
10 ab wheel between sets

wasn't a brutal workout but was a good way to warm up for the week. I wasn't loving the ab wheels today though.
