12 backsquat bw - 140 lbs
12 ring dips
1- rope climb.

Back squats were by far the most challenging. Finally i sorta got the kip for the dips.

That was a crazy weight to do all those squats Chad, you did awesome. I could tell by your face you were giving it your all. Nice job. Ring dips were sweet too.
