Loved this workout especially the run. Worked my ass off during this one with a time of 9:47. Felt good to run again during a crossfit workout. Feels like summer time with the heat. Now its time for a little mma action. Seeya all tomorrow !!

My two cents brother, running outside without shoes is plain foolish, you risk needless injury and setbacks. Always wear shoes outside bra! Father #3

no i always wear shoes for running you use a whole other muscle when you go barefoot and i havent developed those yet. Frick three fathers aha well i guess now i have 3 more things to keep me in line. Thanks Lea you are getting strong to every day i see improvements.
